Hotel Library Amsterdam

Everything was fine here - more than adequate staff and airy rooms. The hotel had a central position just off the red light district, restaurants and shops, Centraal Station. Popped in Sky Lounge for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

our place was quirky and fairly clean with good staff and location. we ate at the hotel's authentic restaurant, greatly enjoyed it.

Courteous, pleasant employees are with every request. The location is central, right by the train station and many restaurants, Chinatown, Red Light, Centraal Station, basically the center of Amsterdam, the centre. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 15 minutes.

The hotel itself was quaint and neat and the staff were amicable, it had wonderful location close to the centre. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was marvellous!

Spotless hotel with exceptional views, we think it's an ideal place for staying in Amsterdam. The breakfast is delicious and the location is unbeatable.

Whole place was spotless with amazing views ; fab location close to most transport links including the river cruise docks. The buffet breakfast, the attentive employees. Had a fine stay here.

It was a very comfortable experience. Spectacular location, 15 minutes' walk to red light district. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was outstanding.

Competent staff and spotless hotel area. I loved a vintage decor and comfy furniture. Daily tea, croissants, cheese, pastries and yoghourt for breakfast were fine! Very personable location to a Dutch national museum.

Location was enjoyable and the hotel in general was special, I appreciated it. A clean beach, superior view. The bed was incredible, the room - long and average. The breakfast was more than adequate and you could try coffee, pastries, tea, yogurt and croissants etc.

Would recommend this accommodation. A double bed was a bonus. 15 mins walk to the centre. We went to Greetje, located next to the hotel, to have some dinner...

Excellent base for a 4-night stay. We booked a single room with double beds...

Right by the hotel you can see beautiful tourist places like red light district. Oud Zuid district was worth visiting.
